Steve received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles and J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Family Law and Community Property. While attending law school, Steve served as a certified law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Family Violence Division, where he performed preliminary hearings and prepared legal motions and memoranda.

Since law school, Steve has devoted the last eight years litigating family law cases. Family Law intrigues Steve because it is a comprehensive legal filed, covering many aspects of other areas of law, such as business law and litigation.
