Both Scott J. Jarvis and Eliot F. Krieger are civil and criminal law attorneys licensed to practice in the State of California. Mr. Krieger is a former Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, Central District of California, in both Criminal and Civil Divisions.
